AKIS Yonetici is a smart card management utility developed by TÜBİTAK UEKAE for cards running the AKIS (Akıllı Kart İşletim Sistemi) platform. It helps individuals and organizations configure, use, and troubleshoot AKIS-based cards for secure electronic signatures, authentication, and encryption across e‑Government, finance, and enterprise applications.

• View card details such as chip, operating system version, and available applications
• Change or unblock PIN/PUK and manage basic access settings
• View and export public certificates stored on the card
• Generate key pairs on the card and manage certificate associations
